Chia Smoothie - Serves 2

Ingredients
 
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup low-fat frozen yoghurt
  • 1 tsp HCW Cinnamon Powder / HCW Cocoa
  • Powder, organic / 1 tbsp frozen berries
  • 4 tsp HCW Chia Seeds
  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a blender.

Ingredients
 
  • ¼ pineapple
  • 125 ml pineapple juice
  • ½ banan
  • 1 tbsp HCW Wheat Grass Powder
  • 1 tbsp HCW Spirulina Powder
  • 3 blocks ice
  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a blender.

Fresh Start Smoothie

Ingredients
 
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ stick celery
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tbsp HCW Wheat Grass Powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup water
  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a blender.

Berry & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
 
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp honey / HCW Agave Syrup
  • 3 tbsp HCW Rice Milk Powder Plus
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 4 ice blocks
  1. Add 3 tbsp HCW Rice Milk Powder Plus to 250ml water and whisk well. Pour into a blender.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well in a blender.

Ingredients
 
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • ¼ cup low fat plain yoghurt
  • 6 strawberries (frozen)
  • ¾ banana (frozen, cut in chunks)
  • 2 tbsp HCW Oat Bran
  • 1 tbsp HCW Flaxseed Powder
  • 1 tbsp HCW Just Whey
  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a blender.
