Gluten Free Savoury Bread

  • 470 g HCW Gluten Free Brown Bread Flour
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 10g instant yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 350 ml warm milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 100g HCW Sesame Seeds
  • 100g HCW Sunflower Seeds
  • Handful of grated cheese 
  1. Mix together the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
  2. In a large bowl beat together the milk, vinegar and eggs.
  3. Add the flour and mix well, adding the oil. Add the seeds and cheese and mix well.
  4. Place the dough in 1 large or 2 small oiled loaf tins, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Bake at 220°C (conventional oven) or 200°C (fan assisted oven) for 40–45 minutes. Cover with tin foil to prevent burning. Baking time may vary between ovens.
  6. Suggestion: Can be frozen once sliced.
