Gluten Free White Bread

Ingredients
 
  • 450 g HCW Gluten Free Flour Mix
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp quick yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 325 ml warm milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp oil
  1. Mix together the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
  2. In a large bowl beat together the milk, vinegar and eggs.
  3. Add the flour and mix well, adding the oil.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled loaf tin, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Bake at 220°C for 40 – 45 minutes. Cover with tin foil to prevent burning. Baking time may vary between ovens.

  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 350 ml warm milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp oil
  1. Mix together the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
  2. In a large bowl beat together the milk, vinegar and eggs.
  3. Add the flour and mix well, adding the oil.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled loaf tin, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Bake at 220°C (conventional oven) or 200°C (fan assisted oven) for 40–45 minutes. Cover with tin foil to prevent burning. Baking time may vary between ovens.
