This convenient general purpose flour mix can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in cooking or baking. It consists of rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, chickpea flour and xanthan gum.

Usage suggestions
 
Excellent for thickening sauces, soups and stews. Also ideal for use in cooking or baking. Xanthan gum acts as a binding agent; however a raising agent should still be used in baking.
