This convenient bread premix makes a tasty loaf which can be enjoyed freshly sliced or toasted as part of a gluten-free diet.

Storage instructions
 
STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. AFTER OPENING, STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.

Usage suggestions
 
Mix contents of packet with 475 ml water. Pour into a greased loaf tin and allow to stand for 5 minutes before baking. Bake at 220°C (conventional oven) or 200°C (fan assisted oven) for 50-60 minutes. For best results use a fan assisted oven. Cover with tin foil to prevent burning. Cooking time may vary between ovens. for 1 hour. 
Suggestion: To make brown bread, add 5 tbsp HCW Flaxseed Powder to premix and use an extra 25ml water.
