STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. RESEAL ZIP LOCK AFTER OPENING.

Usage suggestions
 
Can be used as an alternative to corn starch.
Approximately 1/2 teaspoon powder will thicken 1 cup liquid. Mix with a small amount of cold liquid before adding slowly to hot liquids, stirring constantly.
