Usage suggestions
 
Bulgur wheat can be enjoyed as an alternative to rice or couscous. To cook: In a saucepan, pour 2 1/2  cups of boiling water over 1 cup of bulgur, cover the pan and leave to stand for about 30 minutes or until tender.
